Airport transfer to beach hotel of you choice.

Day 2-4: Beach Resort

Relax on the beach (somewhere on the South Coast).

Day 5: Beach Hotel - Yala

Evening Safari in Yala National Park, as the wild elephants come to water holes.

Day 6: Yala - Nuwara Eliya

Spectacular views as we climb into the mountains.
Overnight at the 'Little England' of Sri Lanka.

Day 7: Nuwara Eliya - Kandy

En route visit a tea plantation.
Spend the afternoon looking around Kandy.
Evening tour of Temple of the tooth.

Day 8: Kandy

Visit the botanical gardens in the morning.
Pinnawala elephant orphanage for afternoon feed and bath in the river.
See traditional dancing in the evening.
Another overnight in Kandy.

Day 9: Kandy - Giratale

En route visit Dambulla temple.
Tour ancient city of Pollonaruwa.

Day 10: Giratale - Colombo

En route visit Sigiriya rock.
Shopping in Colombo.
Transfer to the airport (at whatever time of day or night).
